he kitchen, headed by Chef Alessio Limonta, with the external support of Executive Chef Angelo Biscotti member of Euro-Toques Italia and established chefs who each time enrich the dishes with new experiences and flavors, offers a creative cuisine with great care for detail, respecting seasonality and focusing on the land.

The research for the best raw ingredients is not limited to the Como Lake, to its valleys and to the Brianza region, but ranges all the great Italian heritage, in first position in terms of biodiversity. Typical products selected by choosing small activities.

We offer a hand made menu which uses cooking and techniques that respect and enhance the properties of each ingredient.
